A race car that happens to have license plates.
The Porsche 911 GT3 RS is the purest expression of Porsche's motorsport DNA in a road-legal package. While other manufacturers chase horsepower numbers, Porsche's GT division — led by the legendary Andreas Preuninger — obsesses over lap times, chassis balance, and driver connection.
The 992-generation GT3 RS features the most advanced aerodynamic package ever fitted to a production 911. The massive swan-neck rear wing, inspired directly by the 911 RSR race car, generates up to 409 kg of downforce at 177 mph — double that of the previous generation. DRS (Drag Reduction System) flaps on the front and rear can be activated by the driver to reduce drag on straights, then snap shut for maximum grip in corners.
At the heart is a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six that revs to a screaming 9,000 RPM, producing 518 horsepower. In an era of turbocharged engines, the GT3 RS's naturally aspirated powerplant is a celebration of mechanical purity — every rev accompanied by a mechanical symphony that no forced-induction engine can replicate.

Race-derived geometry for flat corneringEvery element of the GT3 RS serves a purpose. The massive front fender vents aren't styling — they relieve high-pressure air from the wheel arches to improve front-axle downforce. The center-lock wheels are forged magnesium, saving 8 kg of unsprung mass compared to aluminum.
The interior strips away luxury to focus on lap times. Carbon fiber bucket seats, Alcantara surfaces, and a half roll cage (optional full cage available) create a cockpit that means business. The steering wheel features a rotary switch for drive modes: Normal, Sport, Track, and the new Track-optimized setup with individually adjustable stability parameters.
Porsche offers the Weissach Package — named after their development center — which adds carbon fiber anti-roll bars, magnesium wheels, and additional weight savings. It's the choice of track-day enthusiasts who want every millisecond counted.
